At Energy Fusion, exercise is a vital element to returning our clients back to fitness safely and quickly, through stretching the muscles that are tight and strengthening the muscles that are weak. We introduce you to a series of exercises that are relevant to the the sport or activities that you are involved in and address the imbalances that led to the initial injury.

Through one to one coaching sessions we teach you correct technique and show you how to progress each exercise as you become stronger and more efficient. We show you how to get the best out of your training by showing the importance of using the right tempo, reps, sets and rest periods to target the right muscle fibers most effectively.

We change the programs every 4-6 weeks to ensure ongoing improved performance and results from your training.
